There's a dusting of new snow in the mountains and it's been really cold, 28 degrees today.  Thanks Giving with family was really wonderful.  Love the boys & spending time with family.

      This mornings sunrise was purple, blue and pink hues that changed to gold as the sun rose over the Misty Mountain Ranch.  I am so thankful to God for His awesome majesty and beauty.  The yellow & white striped kitty, one of the group of three, rubbed his head on my leg as he meawed for attention.  In the distance, large, furry cows munched hay and the donkey stuck his head through the gate to see if I had a carrot.   Cookie, the horse, nickered to get a scratch on his ear,... busy morning on the ranch.  Badger, the dog, rushed by me to bark as his friend Charlie, almost spilled my Starbucks coffee...sweet bird chirping stopped my spin and I laughed outloud.  JOY! 

      Am back in the USA after a long overseas trip, filled with rich experiences, and camera full of photos.  Amazing to be home....just the snow in the mountains filled my heart with beauty!

Wide, lazy river meanders through the mesa
taking away the traces of civilizations of Indians..

Water fills the caves, pottery breakes & crumbles
only pieces are found by me..

Lives were lived,  tribes moved to other grounds
yet I feel your touch upon this earth

God, by His Spirit, loved each one of you
Peace fills this valley for me to feel & see
